Amazon Last-Mile Delivery Station Coming

Amazon is developing a 30,000-square-foot last-mile delivery station in Weatherford. The company purchased approximately 10.72 acres in the Weatherford Industrial Trust North Park for the project. Groundbreaking is expected in early 2026, and the facility is projected to create about 100 new jobs.

City officials say the station will improve delivery speeds for the surrounding rural area and forms part of Amazon’s broader investment in Oklahoma’s logistics network. The project builds on the company’s existing presence in the state and is viewed as a practical addition to Weatherford’s industrial base.

Business and Technology Park Expansion

Weatherford continues to develop its Business and Technology North Park with support from earlier Economic Development Administration funding. The park is designed to provide ready sites for manufacturing, energy, industrial, and commercial users.
